八 咨询信（Letters of Consultation）

一、结构：

咨询信是写信人对某方面的信息感兴趣，希望了解详细信息的信件。通常包括三部分内容：1. 说明自己的计划或目的，也就是询问信息的原因。 2. 征询具体信息。3. 期待回复并表示感谢。

写作摸板

二、写作要点指导：

写作要点指导

1、人称：用第一人称； 2、时态：现在时；

3、注意变通：将提示语有效灵活转化为地道的英语提问；

可用一般疑问句、特殊疑问句、也可用：I wonder …. I want to know…

Could you tell me … 注意宾语从句中要用陈述句语序。

4、注意提问方式的灵活和礼节，不可使用生硬或命令的口味吗；5、注意问题之间的自然过渡。

常用表达

1. I’ve seen your ad, and I’d like to know something more about……

2. I wonder if you could tell me some information about……

3. I am writing for the information aboout ……

4. Your early reply would be highly appreciated.

5. I would be most grateful if you could send me information regarding/concerning…
