LLM项目入学要求

2年学制要求：

持有非澳大利亚司法管辖区颁发的法学学士学位。

维多利亚州法律录取委员会（VLAB）出具的评估信，规定哪些法律领域课程需要满足维多利亚州执业许可的学术资格要求。要求VLAB评估信的日期必须在学生提交学习申请后的24个月内。

1.5年学制要求：

法学学士学位（或同等学历），平均学分至少达到60%。

1年学制要求：

Juris Doctor或 澳大利亚法学荣誉学士学位（或同等学历）；或

法学学士学位（或同等学历），平均学分至少达到60%，并获得澳大利亚法学Graduate Diploma认证（或同等学历）；或

法学学士学位（或同等学历），平均学分至少达到60%，且至少有1年相关专业工作经验或学院认可的其他学习经历。
