美国大学本科奖学金申请条件

美国奖金统称为Financial aid

1、 Scholarship （merit-based）

通常授予成绩优异或者有艺术、体育等特长的学生

2、Grants （need-based）

给有经济需要的学生

3、Loans （贷款）

毕业后需要偿还

Need-Blind（不考虑申请者的经济状况）

美国大学不少大学采取采用Need-Aware的政策，在录取时会考虑学生的经济状况，且倾向于录取需要经济援助金额较少的学生；而采取Need-Blind政策的大学在录取时不会考虑申请者的经济状况。

比如哈佛、耶鲁、普林斯顿、MIT和文理学院 Amherst等学校在录取学生时采取Need-Blind政策。

TA(teaching assistant) 、RA (Research assistant) （Service Scholarship）（通常免学费、每月发津贴）

TA和 RA每周都有一定的工作时长，通过服务来获取学费减免和津贴。TA为助教，通常为本科生批改作业或者进行授课，需要较强的口语表达能力；RA为教授的研究助理，需要一定的科研能力，帮助教授进行科研，也会有属于自己的科研时间。
